Basketball Superstar!

I'm following in my Auntie Lauren's footsteps and trying to become a basketball star someday! I want to be just like "Lo-lo" when I grow up (that's what I call Lauren and it happens to be my favorite word... I say it all day long, even sometimes in my sleep too!) I love Lo-lo so much!! :)

What a cutie patootie!! I'm ready to start my modeling career!!! Look-out Gisele... here comes Hayley Lynn!! (Note that my mom wouldn't take the tag off this suit until I tried it on, so I had to cover it up with my left hand. How embarrassing!!)

First braids!

Yes, my mom is crazy. She was trying out new hairstyles on me and managed to get me to sit still long enough to put a couple braids in my hair. The only problem is the braids are so tiny that it makes my head look huge! What's next with this lady?

Camp Snoopy...

We went on some rides at the Mall of America Park last night and I loved it!! We rode the hot air balloons and the race cars. Mommy rode with me because Daddy was too scared. The race cars just went around in a circle but they whipped you really fast when the turned the corners... at first I was a little unsure of things but by the end of the ride, I was shouting "WEEEEE" and laughing!!

Rain, rain go away...

I got to use my new boots to stomp around in the water today! And then I threw a stomping fit when my mommy made me come inside... it was really funny!

Cold day at the Como Zoo!

I was so excited to go to the Como Zoo today with my mommy & daddy. Most of the animals were napping but I loved watching the monkeys jump around from branch to branch! And I insisted on growling repeatedly at the lions and tigers. But the most fun was the carousel I got to ride at the end of the trip! I actually rode on the horsie all by myself!! I can't wait until my cousins Mikayla and Keegan come to see me next month so we can go there again and see the crazy swimming polar bear!

18 MONTHS OLD!!! I'M SUCH A BIG GIRL!!!

Here's the 18 month pic my mommy took of me today! My mommy keeps saying that I'm such a "ham" but I'm not too sure if that's a good thing or not when your mom compares you to deli meat?!

Just another day in the life of Hayley...

Here are a couple cute recent pics my mommy took. In the bottom one, I'm playing with my baby "Honey." This baby was actually my mommy's doll when she was a little girl, so she really gets a kick out of seeing me play with it! I now love putting the babies in little baskets with their blankies and bottles (always gotta have a bottle!) I'm even working on diapering the babies too! The other pic is me helping mommy and daddy rake! They seem to have to much work to do around here, I thought I'd help out a little! I actually try to help them with EVERYTHING they're doing but for some reason they don't appreciate it as much as I thought they would (especially when I tried to help mom with her painting?!)
Oh, and thanks for the comments on this blog!!! My mommy loves them and it inspired her to keep-a-bloggin'!! :)

We went to Maple Grove to hang out with all my mommy's family... here I am with Grandy and our matching pink outfits (we planned it!), laughing with Auntie Bevin, kissing Uncle Aaron, jumping on the trampoline & playing the drums!! What fun!!
