Florida!! Swimming in the pool... every single day!!

I may not like that ocean water with all that sand, but boy do I LOVE swimming in the pool! I woke up every morning and ran to the porch exclaiming "wa-wa, wa-wa" while pointing at the canal and pool that was right outside our door. I even got to try out a little kiddie pool that I could walk around and squat down in! That was a ton of fun, except for the time my daddy accidently let me take a little underwater swim (kinda freaked me out). By the end of our trip, I was jumping off the side of the pool into mommy's arms!

Florida Trip!! Going to the beach...

Who would have guessed it?! I am completely terrified of the SAND! We tried going to the ocean one of our first days in Florida. My mommy & daddy were so excited to see what I thought of the rolling waves (and since I'm obsessed with water, they were sure I was going to LOVE it!) Little did they know that I wouldn't go anywhere NEAR the ocean water because where there was water, there was that dreadful SAND!! Needless to say, we didn't spend more than 15 minutes at the ocean (mommy and daddy got tired of carrying me everywhere).

Where's the snow?

I got a new sled from my uncle Aaron and auntie Bevin today, so I had to go try it out! First I made my mommy and daddy pull me around the house, but then I went all by myself to go get my jacket and my hat to give mommy & daddy a hint to take me outside! There wasn't much snow out there, but I still loved it!! In fact, I loved it so much I threw a little tantrum when they made me go home (they always love it when I do that!) :)

Faster, faster!

We went to the Eden Prairie mall to play in the play area today... boy, was it ever PACKED with tons of kids!! I found this great snowmobile to ride on though. Another little girl tried to push me off but I just held on tightly- no pushing me around! :) My mom was cracking up because everytime she told me to smile I gave her a cheesy grin like the one in this picture (she takes so many pictures- I don't know what she expects!)

Just takin' a stroll...

Oh my gosh! I was sooooo excited today to actually take my stroller outside!! I got to take my baby, Lucy, for a nice long walk up and down the sidewalk! My stroller kept getting stuck on the cracks, but that didn't stop me. I just picked it up, lifted it over the cracks and kept on going. Don't I look like a big girl in this picture?? :) My mommy and daddy can't get over how grown-up I look!!

Meet my boyfriend, Gus!

Here he is... my first boyfriend, Gus! Our relationship started last summer when I first met him and laid on the charm pretty strong. He wasn't too thrilled about all my hugs and kisses at the beginning but now he loves it! In fact, he always comes right over to greet me as soon as I get to playgroup on Thursdays!! :)

What a crew!!

We got together with some of my mom's friends from college last weekend, so here I am with all their kids! Me (15 mths), Madeline (8 mths), Sam (2 1/2 yrs) and Emma (13 mths). What fun!! I can't wait until we can do it again! In this pic, I'm trying to pull Madeline aside to talk to her about her new little problem with kissing lots of boys (I've had a bit of experience in that area so I thought I'd offer a little advice!) :)

15 months old!

I'm 15 months old now, can you believe it? When is my mommy going to stop putting this nerdy hat on me and taking my picture every month?! The good thing about being 15 months... I got to try shrimp for the first time and I loved it (despite the fact that my mommy was making faces in the background).
